🎁 Complete Guide to Setting Up Coupons (Discount or Free Delivery) in Hitiya

If you are a seller and want to offer discounts or free delivery to your customers, follow the step-by-step instructions below:

1️⃣ Login to the Seller Panel

First, open this link:

👉 https://hitiya.com/vendor/auth/login

Enter your email and password to log in to your seller account.

2️⃣ Open the Coupons Menu

After logging in, go to the left sidebar and click on the "Coupons" option.

4️⃣ Fill in the Coupon Setup Details

🔹 Coupon Type:

  1. Discount on Purchase
  2. Free Delivery
  3. Select the type of coupon you want to offer.

🔹 Coupon Title:

Enter the title of your coupon (e.g., Dashain Offer).

🔹 Coupon Code:

You can enter your own code (e.g., SAVE100)

or use the Auto Generate feature to create one.

🔹 Applicable To:

  1. All Customers
  2. Specific Customer(s)
  3. Choose whether the coupon should be available to everyone or selected customers only.

🔹 Limit for Same User:

Set how many times a single customer can use this coupon. (e.g., 1 or 3 times)

5️⃣ Discount Configuration

🔸 Discount Type:

  1. Amount (e.g., Rs. 100 off)
  2. Percentage (e.g., 10% off)

🔸 Discount Amount:

Enter the exact amount or percentage you want to offer.

(If it's Amount, enter Rs. 100; if it's Percentage, enter 10%)

🔸 Minimum Purchase Amount:

Set the minimum order value required to apply the coupon.

(e.g., Rs. 1000)

6️⃣ Set Validity Dates

🔹 Start Date: When the coupon becomes active

🔹 Expiry Date: When the coupon expires

7️⃣ Save and Activate the Coupon

After filling in all the required details,

👉 Click on "Save" or "Submit" to activate your coupon.

🛒 How Customers Can Use the Coupon at Checkout

When customers add products to their cart and proceed to checkout,

they can enter the Promo Code / Coupon Code in the designated field.

Once they click Apply, the discount or free delivery will be applied automatically.

✅ Example:

  1. Coupon Title: Dashain Discount
  2. Coupon Code: FESTIVE20
  3. Discount Type: Percentage
  4. Discount Amount: 20%
  5. Minimum Purchase: Rs. 1500
  6. Valid For: All Customers
  7. Limit per user: 1 time
  8. Validity: 1st Oct – 20th Oct
