How to Manage Orders from Hitiya Seller Panel? Step-by-Step Guide (Website Version)

Hitiya allows you to manage the orders you receive either through the website or the mobile app.

In this article, we will focus on how to view and manage orders through the website.

🔐 Step 1: Login to the Seller Panel

First, you need to log in to your Seller Panel.

📋 Step 2: Navigate the Left Side Menu on the Dashboard

After logging in, you will land on your seller dashboard.

Now look at the left sidebar menu.

👉 Click on the “Orders” menu.

👉 Then click the “All Orders” submenu.

🛒 Step 3: What You’ll See in the All Orders Page

Here, you will see a list of all orders you’ve received. Each order includes:

  1. Order ID
  2. Customer Name & Contact Number
  3. Order Date & Time
  4. Order Status (Pending, Confirmed, Packaging, Delivered, etc.)
  5. Payment Type (COD)
  6. Product Details
  7. Total Invoice Amount

👉 You can filter orders by Date, Status, Order ID, etc.

To manage an order, you need to use the Action Menu on this page.

👁️ Step 4: Click the "Eye" Icon to View Order Details

On each order row, you’ll see an Action column with an 👁️ Eye icon.

👉 Click the Eye icon to view the full order details.

🔎 What You’ll See After Clicking the Eye Icon:

You’ll get the full overview of the order:

  1. 📍 Customer Location: Visible on Google Map for easy delivery planning.

  1. 📦 Product Details: Items ordered, quantity, and pricing.

  1. 💰 Total Invoice Amount: Total price including delivery charges.

  1. ☎️ Customer Contact Information: Name, phone number, and address.


✅ Important Notice:

Please contact the customer by phone before making the delivery.

⚠️ Do not take any prepayment from the customer.

Hitiya only allows Cash on Delivery (COD).

🚫 If you are found taking prepayments, your account will be permanently suspended.

This policy exists to protect customers from fraud and scams.

🚚 Step 5: How to Set Shipping Type

In the order details page, you will see a Shipping Type section. You have two options:

1️⃣ Self Deliveryman

If you want to deliver with your own delivery staff:

  1. Add your deliveryman from the Seller Panel.
  2. Once added, assign the deliveryman to the specific order.
  3. They will handle the delivery to the customer.

2️⃣ Third-Party Delivery (NCM, Pathao, Aramex, etc.)

If using external couriers:

  1. Type the Delivery Service Name (e.g., NCM, Pathao Parcel, Aramex).
  2. Enter the Tracking ID provided by the delivery service.
  3. The customer will get real-time tracking updates.

🚫 Do Not Misuse Customer Information

Using the customer’s contact number, address, or any personal data for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

❗ If you're found violating this, your account will be permanently banned,

and Hitiya will file a police case to protect customer privacy.

🙏 Your Duty as a Seller:

  1. Respect customer privacy.
  2. Use Cash on Delivery only.
  3. Choose the correct Shipping Type.
  4. Communicate clearly with customers for successful deliveries.
  5. Always handle order management responsibly.

📝 Extra Notes:

  1. To change Order Status, simply click the status and select a new one from the dropdown.
  2. You can also call or WhatsApp the customer to confirm delivery details.
  3. Avoid delivery delays, lost orders, or wrong items — such issues cause customer dissatisfaction.
