Hitiya allows you to manage the orders you receive either through the website or the mobile app.
In this article, we will focus on how to view and manage orders through the website.
First, you need to log in to your Seller Panel.

After logging in, you will land on your seller dashboard.
Now look at the left sidebar menu.
👉 Click on the “Orders” menu.
👉 Then click the “All Orders” submenu.
Here, you will see a list of all orders you’ve received. Each order includes:
👉 You can filter orders by Date, Status, Order ID, etc.
To manage an order, you need to use the Action Menu on this page.
On each order row, you’ll see an Action column with an 👁️ Eye icon.
👉 Click the Eye icon to view the full order details.
You’ll get the full overview of the order:
Please contact the customer by phone before making the delivery.
⚠️ Do not take any prepayment from the customer.
Hitiya only allows Cash on Delivery (COD).
🚫 If you are found taking prepayments, your account will be permanently suspended.
This policy exists to protect customers from fraud and scams.
In the order details page, you will see a Shipping Type section. You have two options:

Using the customer’s contact number, address, or any personal data for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

and Hitiya will file a police case to protect customer privacy.
