What to Do After Your Seller Account is Approved on Hitiya? (Complete Dashboard Guide)

📩 Seller Account Approval Notification

Once your seller account is approved, you will be notified via your registered email and phone number (WhatsApp). After that, you can log in to your seller account.

🔐 How to Login

You can log in in two ways:

  1. Using the Hitiya Seller App
  2. 👉 Open the Hitiya Seller App on your mobile and log in.
  3. Using the Website
  4. 👉 Visit this link: https://hitiya.com/vendor/auth/login

  1. 👉 Or go to hitiya.com → click “Seller Login” in the top menu under the Seller Zone section.

🔑 Login Instructions:

  1. Enter your registered email
  2. Enter your password
  3. Complete the reCAPTCHA (to confirm you're not a robot)
  4. ✅ Click on the “Sign In” button

🖥️ Seller Dashboard Overview

Once you log in, you'll reach your seller dashboard. This is your main hub where you’ll find everything related to your store:

  1. All orders
  2. Sales statistics
  3. Top ordered products
  4. Total earnings
  5. Important reports and updates

You’ll find all the tools in the left-side menu. Below is a complete breakdown of each menu option:

🔹 Dashboard

View your overall store summary including sales, total earnings, daily performance, top orders, and other useful stats.

🔹 POS (Point of Sale)

Used for counter (offline) sales and stock updates. If you sell in a physical store, use this for easy billing.

🔹 Orders

View all orders you’ve received, categorized by status:

  1. All
  2. Pending
  3. Confirmed
  4. Packaging
  5. Out for Delivery
  6. Delivered
  7. Returned
  8. Failed to Deliver
  9. Cancelled

👉 Click on any status to see details of orders under that category.

🔹 Refund Requests

If a customer finds an issue in a delivered product, they can request a refund within 5 days.

👉 From here, you can contact the customer, and accept or reject the request.

🔹 Product Management

Manage all your product listings.

  1. Product List – All products you’ve added.
  2. Approved Product List – Products approved and visible on the website.
  3. New Product Request – Recently submitted products pending admin review.
  4. Denied Product Request – Rejected products. You can edit and resubmit them.
  5. Product Gallery – All product images you've uploaded.

🔹 Product Reviews

See customer reviews for your products.

👉 Only customers who have successfully received products can leave reviews.

🔹 Coupons

Create special discount coupons for your customers to apply at checkout.

🔹 Clearance Sale (Paid Feature)

If a product is about to expire or it's an end-of-season item, you can list it in the clearance sale.

👉 Contact us to add a product to Clearance Sale.

✅ These products will be displayed on the homepage of the website and app for faster sales.

🔹 Inbox

View all messages and chats with your customers.

👉 You can reply to their questions and concerns from here.

📊 Reports Section

  1. Transaction Report – See all your financial transactions (credit, debit, earnings).
  2. Product Report – Check stock status, sales performance, etc.
  3. Order Report – View statistics of your total orders.

🚚 Shipping Method

Set how you want to charge delivery costs:

  1. By Location
  2. By Product Type
  3. By Category Type

📌 Only one method can be enabled at a time.

💳 Withdraw

Withdraw your pending earnings from Hitiya to your bank account.

🏦 Bank Information

Add your personal or business bank account here.

✅ All pending amounts will be deposited twice a month — on 1st and 15th of every Nepali month.

🛍️ Shop Information

Edit your shop details or deactivate your shop if needed.

👤 Deliveryman

Add your own delivery personnel who can deliver your products directly to customers.

⚙️ Profile Settings (Top Right Corner)

  1. Change your email
  2. Update your password
  3. Edit your contact number

👉 These settings are useful for updating personal and security information or logging out.
